We want to help every guest shine from the inside out, through deliciously vibrant and healthy meals. The brighter you shine, the more your inner gifts will enhance the whole planet. We authored two cookbooks, Spork-Fed and Vegan 101
We also created and brought to market multiple food products with Follow Your Heart, and are columnists for VegNews magazine. To us, food is all about joy, and we want that to come across in our recipes, products, and the dishes we serve. Thank you for joining us on this journey. We educate tens of thousands of home cooks and professional chefs all over the world
We show how delicious plant-based eating can be. We present cooking demos everywhere from grocery store parking lots and corporate boardrooms to trade show stages and tropical resorts. We often look at each other and laugh about our wild adventures.
We both went vegan as teenagers to help the planet
We quickly dedicated our lives to bringing about positive change. After working together at an environmental non-profit out of college, we attended vegan culinary school and then worked in restaurants. Soon, we decided to start our own company, Spork Foods, where we taught vegan cooking classes in West Hollywood for over 15 years.
